 CustomerGauge’s recent UK Net Promoter Score Industry Report stated that the average NPS score for the financial services industry sits at +34. It also rates the following as: First Direct +73, American Express +52, Nationwide Building Society +45, JP Morgan +8 and HSBC -24.
