Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Proof of identity - a valid passport or driving licence registered at your current
address. A utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement. This must be
dated within the last 3 months and addressed to you at your current address.
Proof of your deposit - evidence of your deposit by way of a bank/savings statement your
name and account number must be visible.
Proof of income and outgoings
• Last 3 months payslips
• Last 2 years P60
• Last 3 years accounts (if self-employed)
• Last 3 years SA302’s (or tax calculation and tax year overview if SA302’s not available –
if self employed)
• Latest month’s statement for all credit cards
• Last 4 months personal bank statements
• Last 4 months business bank statements (if self-employed)
• Current mortgage statement (if applicable)
• Details of all current loans and/or HP agreements (lender, amount remaining, original term,
remaining term, interest rate, monthly payment)
• Details and address of the property you are purchasing (if applicable)
• Details of the estate agents you are buying through (if applicable)
• Existing buildings and contents insurance schedule
